The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted(想当然). 1. more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. 2. while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a wonderful life for themselves.

3.. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be caught and put into action in order to have value. 4. and they think the opportunity will do all the work. That’s impossible.

Just as you need air to breathe, you need opportunity to succeed. It takes more than just breathing in the fresh air of opportunity. However, 5.. That’s not up to the opportunity. That’s up to you. It doesn’t matter what “floor” the opportunity is on. What matters is what you do with it.

根据下文中的句子“the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it.” 根据下文中的句子“and they think the opportunity will do all the work. That’s impossible.” 结合下文中的句子“That’s not up to the opportunity. That’s up to you.” 答案为A。

Andy rode slowly on his way to school, day-dreaming about the fishing trip that his father had promised him. He was so busy dreaming about all the fish he would catch that he paid no attention to everything else around him.

He rode along until a strange sound stopped him.. He looked up to the sky. What he saw frightened him. A huge group of bees filled the sky like dark cloud and seemed to be flying angrily towards him.

With no time to waste Andy ran off in the opposite direction, as quickly as he could. As the bees came closer, his fear increased. Andy knew that he was sensitive(敏感的) to bee stings (蜇).
