As I mentioned in my book.Money and Your Path With a Heart，my main financial goal in life was to make money irrelevant in my life.

I’m not interested in building an empire.What interests me is exploring personal growth and sharing what I learn along the way. In some ways I feel that acquiring and acquiring and allocating more resources could become a big distraction. Not really，according to Laszlo Bock，Google's Head of People Operations.When the company was small,Google cared a lot about getting kids from Harvard, Stanford,MIT and many other Ivy League schools.
