One morning I got up very early, but everything around is very quiet. There were only some birds sing now and then in the tall trees. I walked along the street toward a park breathing the fresh airs and feeling quite happy. Since I arrived at the park, wandering around the park, I found, to my surprise, that a few middle school students were talking to each other in English in corner. I went up and spoke to them with English. We soon became friends. I was very glad to find another chance to practise my speaking English. On the way to home, I realized that taking early morning walks makes one healthy and wisely.

A study published by the World Health Organization(WHO )on Wednesday showed that the Spanish in general enjoy "extremely good health" The 2015 Global Health Statistics, which were presented in London, especially pointed out that the average life expectancy in Spain is 79. 5 years for men and 85. 5 for women: longer than anywhere else in Europe.
Claudia Stein, director of the Division of Information, Evidence, Investigation and Innovation in the WHO European Regional Office, called this" a huge achievement", which she put down to "a combination of lifestyle and diet", with the public health system also playing a role.
Although the Spanish are in good health they are becoming increasingly obese(肥胖 )the report said, pointing out that 23. 7 of those aged 18 or over were obese in 2014, higher than the 22. 1 percent in 2010, although well below the level of Britain where 28.1 percent of the population suffer obesity。
" Spain enjoys what we call the " Mediterranean diet, with a lot of olive oil and relatively few saturated fatso(饱和脂肪),The fact that obesity has risen is not related to diet. In fact, the reason is that physical activity has dropped, especially among young people, "explained Stein, who warned that if there should continue to be more fat people, that would influence many of the good results that have been achieved in health issues, “It would be a buskin, ”she said, especially as the Spanish are now taking in less alcohol(AA )and stopping smoking at a rate which is above the European Union average.
A report published earlier this month showed the benefits of the Mediterranean diet in helping prevent breast cancer among women. The report showed that four tablespoons of olive oil a day could reduce the risk of catching the illness by two thirds.

In my memory, playing the shuttlecock( B! f)game was one of my favorite things during my childhood. My hometown is in northeast China where the winter is very long-almost five to six months. Playing the shuttlecock outside was the main game in winter. Because I liked to play this kind of game very much, the shuttlecock became my good friend who was always around me in the long winter.
How the game was played
Actually, this game was very simple. In a word, it just was played by a person who kicked the shuttlecock with his or her foot (right foot or left foot)and kept it from dropping down on the ground as long as possible
Sometimes we were divided into two teams, and each team had one, two or more persons. Then we had a match to see which team could keep playing for a long time(usually we counted the number of the kicks). The team that could keep playing much longer would win.
How I made the shuttlecocks
It was easy to make them by hand. At that time, I really didn't know where I could buy a shuttlecock. Therefore, I always made them by hand and by myself(I didn't realize that they might be a kind of folk art, so I threw all of them away when I left the primary school)I used chicken feathers to make the shuttlecock. Particularly, I preferred to use rooster feathers because of their colors. Sometimes, I also used some thread, which was made of hemp, flax, or some similar things to make the shuttlecock, if I didn’t find chicken feathers.
For the small metal base, I usually chose two or three ancient Chinese coins with a hole in the middle. I just put the chicken feathers into the hole of the base, and then tied them together very well.
