How to love your Mondays
I used to spend the second half of Sunday dreading Monday morning.1.But now I am definitely in the “I Love Mondays” camp. Here’s what I’ve found that works:
Start Monday morning with your Sunday night routine. When you get ready to exercise, you warm up first.2. Get everything you need for the morning ready to go.
