Organic exercise is a good fit for people looking to train functionally. It is defined as exercise that is similar to the type of physical activity performed by ancient hunter-gatherer ancestors. Theoretically, if one business tries to take unfair advantage of its customers, it will lose to competing business which treats its customers more fairly.
