Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world.

With the development of society, private cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas, which does great harm to the environment. As we all know, waste water from factories is poured continuously into rivers without being treated. Worse still, because of population expansion and overdevelopment, the problem of lack of water is becoming more and more serious. With trees on the hills cut down, the whole ecological balance of the earth is being damaged. It cannot be denied that massive destruction of the environment has brought about negative effects and become a great threat to man’s existence.

In my opinion, our government should spare no effort to let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection and take more concrete measures to deal with it. We hope that all these measures will be of great use and only in this way can a healthy environment be brought back.
