Dear Jim,
I'd like to tell you something more about our school sports meet. It was holding on Oct. 6th, it was a fine day. There were over 1,000 students and teachers attended it. Wang Lin, a student from my class won the 100-meters race. He finished the race in 12.6 seconds and broke the school record. The sports meet was really success. That was because we were all trying to do my best. Although I was not one of the winner, I was proud of that we had done.

During the weekend I travelled by air the first time in my life. I generally travel by train and bus. It is both cheaper and safe. But this was a short journey. In the beginning I didn't feel very happily, but this feeling did not last longer. The journey was very exciting. I was soon high up in the sky among the cloud. The views of mountains, fields and rivers were interested. I enjoyed my short and comfortably journey very much. This experience has shown that travelling in air is actually the safest way of make journeys

It is known to us, a growing outbreak of H1N1 flu has been sparked in many countries. An increasing number of cases are reported every day.
It’s thought that H1N1 flu spread in the same way that regular seasonal influenza viruses do, that is, spreading from person-to-person, mainly through the coughs and sneezes of people who are sick with virus.
Faced with this severe disease, here are some everyday measure we should take to stay healthy. First, cover your nose and mouth by a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especial after you cough or sneeze. Avoid touch your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way. If you get sick, stay home from work and school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
Finally, H1N1 flu is not a terribly deadly disease, which is curable. So, don’t be nervous and just keep calm as usually.

Almost all of us heard the story “Here Comes the Wolf” when we are little kids. What we can learn from the story is we must be honest. Therefore, there’re lots of phenomenon of dishonesty nowadays.
Being honest does great harm not only to other people and also to yourself. Take the case of fake milk powder for an example. After drinking this kind of milk, the baby had big heads while their legs and arms were still thin, what badly affected their health. To my great relief, the producers got accused and punished net all the serious consequences in the end.

It is well-known that we exist in the dynamic world with various difficulties. When we are faced them, nothing is more important than hope and self-confidence. With confidence, we can find sometime the question is not as “huge”so we imagine.
Take most of our for example, the entrance exam to college seem to be a horrible monster. According, some people give up, some persist. In my eyes, with confidence, right assessment of the difficulties, as good as full preparation, try and exert your strength, but then we will overcome all problems and challenges. On the whole, I believe we youngster should face the difficulties in right manner. And nothing is impossible, brave it out and just do it!

I’m so glad to learn that you are come in September. I found a place for you. It’s a small flat of 25 square metre, with a bedroom, a bathroom or a kitchen. In the bedroom there is a bed, a sofa, a desk and the chair. The rent is 500 yuans per month. The flat is in a building on Fangcao Street, it is not far from Jianxin Chinese School. Bus No. 11 can take you straightly to the school. In fact, it’s only one stop way. Do you think you’d like it? If so , I can try and find another place for you. Just let me know.
