As is seen, mobile phones are used everywhere in China. Here is the survey we have made of how they are used. On one hand, mobile phones make it convenient to keep us in touch with others. Besides, we can also have fun and get much information by surfing the Internet with it. On the other hand, if we carry a mobile phone, we will be followed by calls and messages, which always disturbs our life and work. Worse still, it is very dangerous to answer the phone while driving. As far as I am concerned, we should manage our mobile phones well. When having a meeting or lesson, we must turn it off so that it may not disturb us. Make sure we do not make any phone call when driving. In this way, mobile phone will be useful to our life. 第一段第三句mobile phones make it convenient to keep us in touch with others.使用了make it…to…的句子结构;第二段第一句if we carry a mobile phone, we will be followed by calls and messages, which always disturbs our life and work.首先使用了if领导的状语从句,另使用了which领导的非限制性定语从句;第二段最后一句it is very dangerous to answer the phone while driving使用了while领导的时间状语从句,且是省略结构;第三段第二句When having a meeting or lesson, we must turn it off so that it may not disturb us. Make sure we do not make any phone call when driving. 在短语使用上,使用了On one hand一方面,keep in touch with保持联系,On the other hand另一方面,Worse still,更糟糕的是,As far as I am concerned就我而言,Make sure确保等经典的好短语。 Besides, we can also have fun and get much information by surfing the Internet with it.

Why have you been so successful in reaching some of your goals, but not others? If you aren’t sure, you are far from being alone in your confusion. In fact, decades of research on achievement suggests that successful people reach their goals not simply because of who they are, but more often because of what they do.   1.

1.Get specific

When you set yourself a goal, try to be as specific as possible. "Lose 5 pounds" is a better goal than "lose some weight" because it gives you a clear idea of what success looks like. 2.  Also, think about the specific actions that need to be taken to reach your goal.

2. 3.

Considering how busy most of us are, it's not surprising that we often miss opportunities to act on a goal because we simply fail to notice them. Did you really have no time to work out today? No chance at any point to return that phone call? Achieving your goal means seize these opportunities before they slip through your fingers.

3.Know exactly how far you have left to go

Achieving any goal also requires honest and regular monitoring 监督)of your progress—if not by others, then by you yourself. If you don't know how well you are doing, you can't adjust your behavior accordingly.   4.

It is my hope that you have gained some insight 认识)into all the things you have been doing right all along. Remember:    5.   It’s never what you are, but what you do.

A.Wait for opportunities to appear.

B.Seize the moment to act on your goals.

C.Here are things successful people do differently.

D.Next I'll talk about my own experience on how to achieve success.

E.You don't need to become a different person to become a more successful one.

F.Check your progress frequently weekly, or even daily, depending on the goal.

G.Knowing exactly what you want to achieve keeps you motivated until you get there.
