Best wishes.

Yours truly,

Dear Simon, I have received your letter about asking me for the advice about learning English. Now I’d like to tell you how you should learn English. First of all, you should often read English aloud and try to learn something important by heart, which helps you to remember them easily and form a good habit of thinking in English. Besides, you should listen a lot and communicate with others in English. In this way, you will improve both your listening ability and your spoken English as well. What’s more, you should keep a diary in English every day and your written English will come better and better. I hope what I’ve said is useful to you. I’m looking forward to your good news. Best wishes.

I begin as a calculating machine in 1642. I could “think” logically and produce an answer quicker than any person. On 1936, Alan Turing, wrote a book about how I could be made work as a “universal machine”. By the 1940s, I had grown as larger as a room, and I wondered if I would grow any larger. But, this reality also worried about my designers. As time went by, it was made smaller. These changes only became possibly as my memory improved. But I was always so lonely standing there by myself, until later they gave me family connected by a network. I was able to share my knowledges with others through the World Wide Web.
