Dear Anita,
I work for a big international (国际的)company. I love my job because I can travel to a lot of different countries. My problem is that it usually takes me about three days to get used to (适应) the local time. During those days I have some meetings, but I'm always very tired and its difficult to think clearly. And, when I just get used to the local time, I have to fly back home. Can you give me any advice?
Stewart
