One day, a man dreamed that he came to a two-floor house. As he went into the first floor, he saw a long table. Instant noodles were once one of the most popular foods in China. However, they seem to fall out of favor with Chinese people day by day.
According to a survey by the World Instant Noodles Association(WINA世界方便面协会) in November, 2017, sales of instant noodles in China fell by nearly 10,000,000 packets from 2011 to 2016.
One of the reasons was that instant noodles have failed to meet the changing taste of Chinese, especially young people, who are the largest group of consumer of instant noodles. Another reason could be the online meal ordering industry(外卖行业), which has given young people more choices than instant noodles.
