When the two brothers were old enough to marry, their father was not happy because their family wasn’t so rich that the brothers often argued with each other about some small interest. He really didn’t know how they would fight when they broke up the family and lived apart(分开的).
One day, their father was sick, lying in bed and staring(凝视) at something, when the elder son came over to wish him good health. His father said, “Ask your brother to come here, and I have something to say.”
The younger brother arrived. Their father sat up and said, “I don’t know how the disease hit. I’m feeling terribly unwell.” The brothers persuaded (劝说) their father not to worry about it, but he shook his head, “In fact, I don’t worry about the disease because I can manage it, but if you are in disorder with each other in the future, it will be our family’s disease and no one can deal with it.” The brothers felt ashamed.
The father got out of the bed, pointed to some chickens in the yard and said, “Look at them sitting there in peace with each other, isn’t it good?” Then their father brought out a bowl of corns, went quietly behind the house and spread most of them on the ground. Then he went back to the yard with only a few corns left and flung(挥动) at the chickens. As soon as they saw the corns, the chicken jumped up, waved their wings and fought for it. The peaceful world was now filled with smoke of gunpowder for some corns.
The brothers smiled and understood what their father was driving at.Their father added, “Both of you saw more corns are behind the house…” As a matter of fact, aren’t there many troubles in life because God spread some corns before us?

It seems food deliverymen(送货员) are always in a hurry. They wear blue, red or yellow helmets and many of them don’t follow traffic rules. They drive on the wrong side of the road and run red lights. They use mobile phones while driving. These reckless behaviors have caught the public’s attention.
In the first half of 2017, food deliverymen had 76 traffic accidents in Shanghai, according to Shanghai Public Security Bureau. That means every two and a half days, a food deliveryman will die or get hurt on the road.
What makes deliveryman take such risks? The strict rules of the food delivery service companies and the impatient customers may be the answer.
Many companies will fine a deliveryman up to 2,000 yuan, if he fails to deliver an order on time, reported China daily. Fines also go to those who get bad reviews from customers.
To solve the problem, food delivery service companies need to improve their incentive(激励) system, noted CRI Online.
Some cities are also taking action. Shanghai has asked companies to train their deliverymen on traffic rules and safety. Now in Shenzhen, if a deliveryman gets caught breaking traffic rules more than twice, then he can be prevented from driving food service delivery vehicles for a whole year.
