In today's world, it's natural to feel tired sometimes during those long working days. Luckily, there are some things you can do to fight tiredness.
If you aren't drinking plenty of water by now, you should! But remember that juice, soft drinks and the likes aren't what you should drink if you are tired, because they are full of sugar that in fact causes you to lose much water from your body. Preschooler (学龄前的) Alexis' IQ is 159, which is only one point lower than Stephen Hawking's. Doctors say the average IQ of a person is about 100.
