Lingling: I especially like the fact that I have easy access (进入) to the Internet. And it’s great that I have Google Maps on my phone, so that when I get lost I can just look up where I am and find my way back. But I don't really want to say ...I depend too much on the phone. That’s the worst part.
Daming: I love the fact that my mobile phone has the Internet. That’s the best thing about having the Internet everywhere. The worst thing is that people can reach you, especially by calling you. Just send me an email. That would be great .
Betty: I have a very old phone, so I can’t really do much with it. However, it's also kind of nice because it makes me be more of a face to face person, instead of always being on my phone. So that's good.
Ms Li: I have one of the simplest mobile phones, which I actually really like because I’m not really tempted(受引诱的) to be on it all the time. So compared with texting people, talking with people around gives me more pleasure.

A lot of people are crazy doing shopping through the Internet now. Why is it so popular? There are many reasons. First, more and more people have their own computers. It’s possible for many of them to shop through the Internet. Second, people can spend less money buying things that they like. Third, people can buy things at home instead of going to the shop. It can save them much time. Because of these good facts, many people can’t refuse it.
On the other hand, some people don't like this kind of way to do shopping. They can only see the pictures on the computer. They can’t know the products well. People can’t enjoy the pleasure of shopping in the large supermarkets or the wonderful shopping centers.

On 4th of February, 2018, there was an earthquake that happened in Taiwan. It was a level 6.4 earthquake. As we know, earthquake is very dangerous and terrible. But do you know what to do during and after an earthquake? Here is some advice for you.
Before an earthquake. It is necessary to prepare yourself and your family. All family members should know the way to turn off gas, water and electricity and know useful telephone numbers. Never put heavy things over beds.
During an earthquake. It’s important for each of you to stay calm. If you are indoors, quickly move to a safe place in the room such as under a strong desk or a strong table. It can protect yourself from falling things. Stay away from windows, large mirrors, heavy things and so on. If you are cooking, turn off the gas.
If you are outdoors, move to an open area like a playground. Move away from buildings, bridges or trees. If you are driving, stop the car as soon as you can. Stay in your car.
After an earthquake. Once the shaking stops, do not run out of the building at once. It’s better to wait and leave when it is safe.
Check around you and help people in trouble. If your building is badly broken, you should leave it. If you smell or hear gas, get the people around outside and open windows and doors. If you can do it safely, turn off the gas. Report it to the gas company.
