I think it’s harmful to our health and we can’t study well. There are my suggestions. First, we can listen to music in free time. Music can make us relaxed. Second, why don’t we go to bed early. If we have enough sleep at night, we can study better next day. Third, It’s a good idea to go for a run in the morning. It can make us healthy and active. I think health is the most important. So I think we should keep healthy and feel relaxed first, and then we can work hard.
