Celebrating New Year’s Day is one of the oldest and most exciting traditions around the world. Since this festival marks the beginning of the year, New Year’s Day is thought of as a perfect time for a “clean start”. The aim of World Sleep Day is to celebrate the benefits of good and healthy sleep. Events involving discussions, presentations of educational materials and exhibitions take place around the world and online.
