根据短文内容回答问题。

The Internet has become not only a necessary but also a virtual(虚拟的) world for people. With the development of the Internet, internet friendship has also become very popular. Online friends are those people who have known each other through the Internet. Making internet friends is the same as making pen friends. Many famous websites offer quite warm internet friendship. One can find many people on these websites and they share the same interests. It is difficult to make friends with someone you can’t see or feel. That is the main problem of internet friendship. A virtual friendship would not last forever without seeing each other, but it is an advantage for some people because they are afraid to speak in pubic.

On the other hand, the chances of cheating(欺骗) are very high in an internet friendship. Some people make friends on the Internet with wrong intentions(企图).So while making friends over the Internet, one has to be very careful. Here are some suggestions(建议) for you.

Don’t give personal information, such as your telephone number, address, location, school name as well as your parents’ information, to strangers on the Internet.

Do not exchange personal photos of you or any family member with people you meet over the Internet.

There are many things you can do to improve your memory(记忆力). Among them are many kinds of useful ways are well as taking special care of your health.

It is important that you make yourself excited to make your memory more active. You can do this by doing some new activities and by changing your daily habits(习惯). Learning a new skill helps your brain(大脑)to develop. When trying to remember something, you should pay special attention to the most important things about it .Do not allow other thoughts to enter your mind because this will reduce your chances of making right memories. An excellent way to help memory is to connect information with pictures. Try to see the pictures in your mind. Taking notes and keeping a diary will also be helpful.

Healthy food and plenty of vitamins are necessary for your memory to work well. Drinking a lot of water also helps keep your memory. You must allow your brain to have enough sleep and rest. When you are asleep, your brain stores memory. Not enough sleep can cause problems with storing information .And being tired will also stop you from being able to think clearly and well.
