So I had no time to do sports, I often fall ill, Last week, I had a bad cold ,My mother took me to see a doctor ,The doctor told me that I should do more exercise to build myself up and the healthy eating habits can also keep me healthy , Now I often run in the morning and take a walk after supper ,I feel quiet healthy, I hope more and more people can do more exercise to keep fit.
