Try something new every day. Decide to do at least one new thing that you have never done before every day. Go to a new restaurant or talk to a person you have never spoken to before. Then it is possible far you to face something new bravely.
Practice doing scary things. The more you practice doing things that you are. afraid of, the less scary they will be. If you are afraid of making phone calls to people who you don't know very well, practice doing it until it feels easier. If you feel anxious when you speak in your second language, speak this language more often.
Pretend to be brave enough. When you pretend that you are brave enough, you will try to make it
come true. To make it easier you can set a certain time to do this. How about going to the supermarket by yourself Or how about talking at your next class meeting?
