Lei Haiwei, a food courier (快递员) man, won the final(决赛) of the third season of Chinese Poetry Competition (中国诗词大会) on CCTV on April 4. His s1. surprised all the Chinese people a lot.
Lei Haiwei, a 37-year-old man, c2.from Shaoyang, Hunan Province. He is now working as a food courier man in Hangzhou, the c3.of Zhejiang Province.
When he was at the age of six, he was i4.in ancient poems (古诗词). Lei said, “My father hoped I would grow up to be a man who keeps the mountains, rivers, lakes and seas in mind. In the past, people's jobs needed more physical effort. They often had to walk for miles every day. When farmers were working in the fields, they were keeping fit at the same time. Think about it: Do you get the same amount of exercise today as they did in the past?
Eat healthily!
It is important to eat food that is fresh and natural, for example, fruit and vegetables. Fast food is not healthy. You should only have it once in a while. Eating too much of the wrong food will harm(伤害) your health.
Rest while you can!
When we were babies, we slept for much of the night. Teenagers do not need as much sleep as babies, but it is important for you to get about eight hours' sleep a night. At weekends, you have got more time, so use it not just for your friends, but for rest too.

Many people believe that happiness is important for our general health. Sometimes it is not easy to be a teenager(青少年) because of the difficulties of school, exams or friendships. If you are worried about something, talk to your parents or your teacher.

These days shared(分享的) bikes are becoming popular in my We Chat friend circle. Many of my friends are sharing photos of themselves riding bikes, especially at the weekend in parks, and I can see people logging in (登录) and out of shared bike apps.
I’m very happy that there are shared bikes on the road. They can save us a lot of time during special situations(特殊情况). And on sunny days, people enjoy riding them outside the city.
I tried shared bikes last week. And I didn’t like them very much. I think the first shared bikes without baskets are made for athletes(运动员). They are very hard to ride and the seats are not comfortable. It makes me wonder if people really like riding shared bikes.
A friend told me she tried the bikes to fit in. She doesn’t like bikes and finds Beijing’s roads too hard for bike riding. But now, the only way to hang out with her friends is riding out of town together. To join in social(社会的) activities, she had to pick up bike riding again.
