Being happy is an ability, which means we need to learn how to do it. This, perhaps, explains why around one in four undergraduate students at Yale University in the US have signed up (报名) for its Psychology and the Good Life course this semester. The course actually set a record of being the most popular in Yale’s 316-year history.
Laurie Santos, the psychology professor who will be running the course, believes that the high school lives which her students must have had are the reason that the course is so popular.
