Black Friday is the Friday following Thanksgiving Day in the United States. It has been regarded as the beginning of the holiday shopping season. Is going on holiday of any benefit? New research shows that going on holiday makes you not only feel good while you’re there but also gain the health benefits for months. Jetting off to destinations such as the Maldives cuts your blood pressure, helps you sleep better and bounce back from stress.
